The first one is installed on my Windows 10 laptop and this one is installed on a new Windows 10 desktop system build. Sync tasks and calendars with Outlook to put all your plans together. This is my second purchase of this product. The download process went pretty smoothly after that and the product is working flawlessly. I was happy when I finally got to access the site and was able to download the product. I was kind of frustrated by that because I had things to do and places to be and the key code was only good for three days. I had some issues logging on to the Microsoft website for a number of hours while trying to download the product because of maintenance proceedings that were taking place. And forget about the retail version of this product as well. You have to purchase Outlook separately if you buy the retail version of Microsoft Office Home and Student at the brick and mortar stores or even online. The two main things I need from this are Word and Outlook.
