The smell of cannabis is pervasive in the hallways. She walked across the entire lot screaming the f word. A woman cursing out her partner in the parking lot in the early morning. Really loud noise from parking lot at all hours. Loud voices in hallway in the middle of the night. One guy in shower and on the phone (I guess) could be heard outside the room. Loud voices coming through the doors even. The ventilation in the second hotel we stayed in was better even with the AC unit turned off (We moved hotels because this one was so bad) This was such a noisy place. The rooms are dark and the ventilation is poor.

Not sure what guidelines are being used to call these rooms accessible The facilities for people in wheelchairs at most hotels are sorely lacking and this hotel is no different. The toilets are unreasonably low even for some abled people. The door to the bathroom when open basically blocked the way in! Neither bathroom had a shower that accommodates a wheelchair-bound person. The other, which was deemed wheelchair accessible, had a larger bathroom but the entrance to the bathroom was completely difficult for someone in a wheelchair. One room had a lot of space in the room itself but a very small bathroom. One room was supposed to be wheelchair accessible. I should have been tipped off by how slowly the computers were working when I made the unitial call. My review concerns 2 issues: 1) Accomodations for the disabled and 2) Hotel ambiance 1- The staff worked hard with our somewhat complicated reservation and gave us two rooms. The breakfast was delicious and accommodating- allowing us to extend our time as we were traveling with an elderly disabled person. They were wonderful- each and every person we encountered. This review does not mean to criticize the staff at this hotel.
